Prices All our prices are net prices and are priced in Singapore dollars. The final pricing will be advised in your order confirmation email/payment invoice via email.
Orders Confirmation Upon receiving your order details through your email, we will reply you with a confirmation e-mail within 5 working days, with the payment procedures enclosed. Should the required item be out of stock, you will also be notified via email. Customers are advised to check the confirmation order carefully as we will not entertain any changes or alterations whatsoever to your order once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
Orders Cancellation No cancellations/refunds/exchanges will be entertained once payment has been made to us. If we do not receive your payment within 3 days, after the order confirmation email with the payment advice has been sent out, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order as deemed fit.
Delivery Services We send our items through the local mail provider, Singapore Post.
Local Postage $2 will be charged for normal postage and $3 for registered postage. Please do take note that the postage charges are not fixed and will vary according to the weight of your item.
Payment Procedures We accept POSB and UOB bank funds transfers for payment. For funds transfers payment (via ATM or Internet Banking), please do email us as soon as possible to inform us that your funds transfer payment has taken place. Exchanges and Refunds Please do take note that all items once sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. We will ensure that the items are in good condition before mailing them out. We will not be responsible for any exchanges, refunds or repairs due to the items wear and tear incurred during their course of daily usage, or items losses and damages arising from shipping and postage. We seek your kind understanding in that we will not be responsible in the case of lost normal local mails/parcels by Singapore Post. Please do ensure that your mailing address is correct to minimize the chances of lost mail or the delivery to the wrong address. Therefore we will strongly encourage that you can op for registered postage instead.
Duration Once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order as soon as possible and mail it to you within 7-14 working days.
